At Vissla, we stand by the quality of our surf gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization packing slip.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
